Exchange Policy

Eligibility Criteria For Exchange:

•  The exchange is being requested within 5 days of delivery.
• The item(s) arrived faulty, damaged, or defective.
• The item(s) do not match the original product specifications.
•  The item(s) differ from the product that was purchased.

Exchange Method:
To initiate an exchange, contact our support team through our socials or email us at fragilestudiospk@gmail.com. Please state the reason of exchange and attach pictorial evidence of the issue(s) in the product. After approval of your return request, you will be provided with the details of our warehouse where you will ship the package using your preferred courier service. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product and process your exchange.
